Community Kitchen
The Community Kitchen was established in March 2009 to create a community fellowship where anyone can chat over a nice home-cooked meal with a neighbor.
Currently there are five very talented teams that prepare and serve delicious meals every Wednesday evening from 5pm to 6:00 pm. Take out only at this time. There is no charge for the dinners and everyone is welcome. Volunteers are available to deliver meals to shut-ins, as well. Approx. average meals per month: 167.
Food items are donated from USDA and the local Hannaford Market and some private donations, for which the coordinator is eternally grateful.
For more information, or to volunteer your time feel free to call the church, 664-7750. The rewards are heavenly.
